In this program, we’ll be showcasing the follow-up to Piscean Daydreams and Michael D Tidwell’s 2025 collaboration with “Ghost, Volume 2”, a phantasmal album that’ll take us to illusory and mystical environments; and later in the program we’ve got Mike Cadoo of the post-industrial electronic project Dryft, pushing and defying stylistic boundaries, setting the stage with his near dystopian electronic album “Particle”.
In this program, French musician and artist Félicia Atkinson and Belgian composer Christina Vantzou have a new album — "Reflections Volume 3: Water Poems", and it is bewitching, intimate, and ceremonial — deserving of your attention; and later in the program we honor the collection of artists at WhiteLabRecs as they celebrate their tenth anniversary with the gorgeous compilation album "Shades", a nine-song record that embodies everything we've come to love about the ambient music genre.
In this program, we're stepping into the imaginative worlds of two vastly different ends of the ambient continuum. My first featured artist is composer, musician, and puppeteer Tristan Allen who has a dream-like experience in store for us with their mixed disciplinary release "Osni the Flare"; and later in the program Alison DeVille of XII Sound gives us a guided audio tour of London's Underground with her highly skilled and cleverly edited field recording-based album "Tube V".
In this program, I have two new albums from artists that I cannot stop raving about, and simply cannot get enough of. My first featured artist is Yorkshire-based electronic musician Craven Faults with an inspired album that masterfully reflects the post-industrial landscape of northern England; and later on in the program Rotating Tapes is back with his third full-length album, and it's positively sublime from start to finish.
In this program, I've got the new album from Japanese pianist and composer Marika Takaeuchi and her memorable neoclassical expressions of loss and wonder woven throughout her new six song LP "Iridescence", and Norwegian independent ambient artist Lunar Ipona graces our presence with his new expressive album "Fragments", serving as a fantastic introduction to this new and emerging ambient artist.
In this program, we're giving a little extra love to analog synthesizers, and my two featured artists have got the ticket to our analog bliss. First up in the program, Grant Beasley from the United Kingdom has a new record out on Cyclical Dreams that has blown my mind and transported me to distant worlds with his new release "The Vanishing Point", and Moscow-based artist Chronos takes us on a guided tour of his impressive analog and digital synthesizer museum with a stunning live performance captured in his album "Synthesizer Museum Live".
In this program, we'll be representing two very experiential expressions of ambient music with our two featured artists. Spanish ambient artist David Cordero illuminates the first half of the program with his meditatively slow blooms of warm sound from his new release "Numen", and the dynamic duo that is CoH and Wladimir Schall take us to deeply experimental territory with their amalgamation of neoclassical music and avant-garde sound design with their homage to Erik Satie and John Everall from their album "COVERS".
In this program, both of my featured artists have captivating, tranquil albums that are calming through and through. My first featured artist is Taylor Swindells of Neighborhood Libraries — who is no stranger to the program — he treats us to an entrancing and serene listening experience with his new album "In Our Wake"; and later in the program making his WhiteLabRecs debut, Adrian Newton of the ambient project Mosaicist has a new album that quite masterfully captures that feeling of sitting amidst a foggy landscape and watching the long, slow reveal.
In this program, my two featured artists both bring us to unique spaces for reflection, to stop and savor this moment. My first featured artist is s28, who is going to take us on a trek through the thin-aired alpine range with his breath-taking new album "The Plains Behind Us"; and later in the program French composer Wilson Trouvé has a heart-warming five song EP perfect for a moment to put life on pause.
In this program I will be showcasing two deeply contemplative releases that reward the concentrated and devoted listener with ever-unfolding layers of mystique and texture-rich beauty. First up, Rafael Anton Irisarri has a new album born out of improvisational sessions in a former Dutch psychiatric prison, reflecting on our supposedly connected digital age; and later in the program Nairobi-born electronic artist and sound designer KMRU is back with his second release on the electronic music label Editions Mego sporting an album that explores a more noisier palette of sound in homage to the distorted guitar playing of his more formative years.
