In this program, the Italian duo Passepartout Duo take us all along on a trek through a vast world of sound with their globe-trotting album “Pieces from Places”, a delightful album of vignettes from their travels around the world; and later in the program Six Missing and Patrik Berg Almkvisth treat us to a cinematic odyssey for the mind with their sublime collaboration “Developments”.
In this program, we're giving a little extra love to analog synthesizers, and my two featured artists have got the ticket to our analog bliss. First up in the program, Grant Beasley from the United Kingdom has a new record out on Cyclical Dreams that has blown my mind and transported me to distant worlds with his new release "The Vanishing Point", and Moscow-based artist Chronos takes us on a guided tour of his impressive analog and digital synthesizer museum with a stunning live performance captured in his album "Synthesizer Museum Live".
